Keith experienced paranormal activity since he was six years old.  The first encounter he had traumatized him deeply, so throughout his life the paranormal activity surrounding has had a negative impact on several of his relationships.  As he aged, the activity began to intensify, and he needed to find answers; the why's, the how's, etc.  Keith had his home investigated twice by two different teams.  During that time, others began to contact him for help.  

Ottersberg arranged several investigations for one of those teams, and in exchange was allowed to investigate with them and learn. Eventually, he decided to form his own team, and Cobra Paranormal was born.  He received help from some very special people and was able to end the oppression of paranormal activity in his own life. It is because of this that keith feels compelled to help others do the same.  It was also through this process that he discovered abilities which he never understood before and some he didn’t know he had. Now, he is drawn to help others understand their experiences and learn how to handle them before problems are escalated, and relationships and families are divided.
