Cancer is scary and it’s running rampant in our culture. Most of us have had some experience with cancer, either we’ve known of somebody that has had it or had a more personal experience. The statistics surrounding this illness are staggering and diagnoses continue to increase. There are steps that can be taken to help improve your odds, but what if you’ve already been diagnosed with some type of cancer? That’s exactly what happened to our guest this week.

Meet Chris: Chris Wark was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2003 at the age of 26. He underwent surgery to remove a tumor, but decided against the conventional route of chemotherapy. He radically changed his lifestyle and diet and through that hard work his body healed without harsh drugs. This week we talk with Chris about his journey from cancer to healing and the many lessons he learned along the way.
