Trường Hàn Thuyên có khuôn viên riêng biệt, khu vực sân trường được lát gạch sạch sẽ và dễ dàng vệ sinh tạo khu vực hoạt động và vui chơi thoải mái cho học sinh, các phòng học được bố trí quạt, máy lạnh mát mẻ giúp học sinh dễ dàng tập trung trong quá trình học tập.

Diện tích thực tế của trường Hàn Thuyên là 3.500m2, địa phận trường được sử dụng rào chắn bao quanh đảm bảo an toàn, khuôn viên trường được thiết kế bồn hoa, cây cảnh nhằm mang đến không gian mát mẻ, trong lành, đảm bảo sức khỏe cho giáo viên và học sinh.

Khu vực dạy học được chia thành 2 dãy, mỗi dãy 3 tầng với 36 phòng học bao gồm cả phòng bộ môn và phòng máy vi tính, còn lại sẽ khu vực lớp học sử dụng riêng của mỗi lớp để đáp ứng được hoạt động dạy học 2 buổi/ngày.

Ngoài ra, các phòng học bộ môn được trang bị các thiết bị thí nghiệm, máy thực hành trực quan để giúp học sinh dễ dàng tiếp cận kiến thức thông qua phương pháp thực hành. Trong đó: 1 phòng thí nghiệm vật lý, 1 phòng thí nghiệm sinh học, 1 phòng thí nghiệm hóa học, 1 phòng thực hành tin học, 2 phòng công nghệ được trang bị bảng và máy chiếu.
