    Affirmative action has been a topic that the Supreme Court has been discussing.  They are discussing the validity of Affirmative Action.  I give the origins of Affirmative Action and how it differs from the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and how Clarence Thomas benefited from Affirmative action but now seems to want to do away with it.
