"I coach my salespeople to actually look for opportunities, make promises you can keep because we're all trying to build trust. If we get trust with customers we get honesty, we get transparency, we can really understand the problem, we can disqualify that customer as well as we can qualify that customer, we can build better solutions with trust.”

"I think an important point that Renee is uncovering here is establishing that trust with the customer, even after they're a customer, not even a potential customer. Someone that is already working with your company, looking for more opportunities to tell them what you're going to do and then do it make a promise and show them or over deliver a little bit on that. And I think that was a really important reminder for pretty much anyone.”
