Relatable and insightful

I’m so happy this podcast was recommended to me! I gained so much insight into my own brain and really learned ADHD strategies to help me at work and at home. I highly recommend this to anyone with ADHD or to the Normies. Thank you Russ for being so raw and honest.

Wow! Understandable, relatable, executable…and so much more!

So happy to have found this podcast. I feel like Russ is so relatable and that he totally understands me! He has a very humorous yet honest perspective on life as a late diagnosed ADHD adult. His podcast helps you feel like you’re not alone, you are understood and supported. He has great ideas and tools as well as exposure to so many perspectives and professionals that also dig deeper into so many parts of ADHD that I never even realized were connected. Also, his podcasts have a great balance of short and sweet weekly pods, yet, when necessary, some great longer pods with other ADHD experts talking about such important topics. I look forward to starting my week with his podcasts every Monday and have gone back and re-listened to so many episodes. Thanks Russ!!!!
