Matthew is the CEO of Nutrition Innovation which is a food technology company that empowers the global ingredients industry to produce healthier food and beverages through sugar reduction strategies and bio-active natural compounds .

Nutrition Innovation has been awarded Top 10 Start-up by FI Europe 2017, Best new ingredient by the World Food Awards and the Asia Food Innovation Awards 2019, Global Agri-Food Tech Winner by Slingshot 2019, One of Singapore’s Top 20 Start-ups 2019 and part of the Global FoodTech 500 in both 2019 and 2020.

Prior to joining Nutrition Innovation he was President of Y&R Asia he oversees in the region the operations of Y&R Advertising, VML and LabStore which total 2,000 people across 38 Offices in 13 countries. In 2009, 2013, 2014 and 2015 he was a finalist for Campaign's APAC CEO of the Year, as well as Marketing’s Agency Professional of the Year and voted by the Industry as one of Campaign's Most Admired Leaders in Asia Pacific. In 2015 he was named by Umbrella as winner of The Asia Pacific CEO Of The Year. Under his leadership, the agency became the 2014 China Agency Of The Year as well as the 2014 and 2015 South East Asia Agency Of The Year. Y&R was also a Finalist for APAC Network of the Year in both 2013, 2014 and 2015. Also in 2015 VML was awarded Indonesia Digital Agency of The Year and Y&R Singapore Agency of The Year.
