  • A lack of transparency in government budgets eventually leads to major problems.  In a city the size of New Castle, it is the office of the Mayor that carries the greater part of the authority concerning the city government budget.  

    In this episode I bring you an ongoing issue that needs to change.  The result of current New Castle government budget practices, forced the city to carry a $6,000,000 deficit.  It is no secret that every government budget decision and all it's deficits are carried upon the shoulders of the taxpayer.
