January is the perfect time to reflect on your spending from last year and make a solid budget for 2023. But what does that actually look like? Is it all about trying to find places to cut back and spend less?

Not necessarily. I think it’s just as important to find places of positive spending. I encourage my clients to reflect on expenditures that brought them joy or helped them prepare for the future.
