  • I have been staying with my fiancé for the past 20 years. I have never done anything bad to him. My fiancé, who is 85 years old, told me and my mum that he is not having enough money to pay my bride price when my mum asked him when he would be ready to do so. He has a child with another woman. Someone asked him whether he had a child, and he told her that he has a baby girl with another woman, so he's going to pay the bride price of his baby mama. I have three children with him, but he has never done a naming ceremony for our children; however, he will do it for another lady. One day, he asked me to choose between him paying my bride price and paying our children's school fees, so I chose him paying my bride price. He told me that it will never happen as long as he's alive. He told me that if I set a foot at the naming ceremony, he will pretend that he doesn't know me and let the people in the town beat me.
