    BMR = 66 + (13.75 x weight in kg) + (5 x height in CM) - (6.8 x age in years) 

    Females

    BRM = 655 + (9.6 x weight in KG) + (1.8 x height in CM) - (4.7 x age in years)  


    Then once you have use the equation you take that number and time it by 

    1.1 for a sedentary lifestyle 

    1.275 for lightly active

    1.35 for moderately active 

    1.525 for very active
