142. The Case of Richard Beasley

  • Summary

  • November 6th 2011, Scott Davis found what seemed like the perfect opportunity on Craigslist: a job in Caldwell, Ohio offering $300 a week to live and work on a farm, complete with free housing and utilities. Eager to secure the position, Scott responded to the ad and a week later received a response. He arranged to meet the employer for breakfast at Shoney’s. But what began as a promising encounter soon spiraled into a nightmare. Scott found himself fighting for his life in a twist he never saw coming.
