The most comprehensive guide on this subject
This book is jam packed with useful and insightful information on this topic. Mark does a good job of using lists for a number of aspects such as construction planning and regulatory processes. I highly recommend this book to anyone thinking about getting into the Self Storage Business.

Some good info but pretty bland

Book is read by computer
Honestly could not tell you if the book is good or not because I could not get past the horrible computer narrator. if this is what is to come from audible in the future I will be unsubscribing
