Captivating right from the start!
This book is a no-nonsense guide to help women breakthrough mental fog to find out what they truly want in life and how to change their mindset to get it. I wish I had this book 20 years ago! But it’s never too late. I couldn’t stop listening once I started!

Abundance of gold nuggets - practical and inspirational!
So happy to hear Riny’s new book. These are some of the things that I found helpful in the content...
Identifying and dealing with limiting beliefs- just this was so thought provoking ... They are very sneaky - it can seem so small and yet have a huge impact on how you go through life. Find them and let them go.
Also, ask yourself, “What do I want?” I’ve read so much about “finding your WHY” that it was actually really practical, motivational, and helpful to think about what I wanted.
I was happy to hear the chapter on gratitude. Just try it. It’s one of the easier things we can do for ourselves, in my opinion, and I really like how Riny lays out the benefits.
There are so many gold nuggets to collect from this book. I hope you find them all!

AN INSPIRING BOOK! A MUST READ BOOK!
As I listened to the audiobook, I was immediately amazed of all the tools and transformation that I could achieve as a woman in only 8 simple steeps. This audio book has given me the best information to help myself in ways I never thought before. I sat at the edge of my chair and try to capture every word and think of all possibilities without interruption. I highly recommend it to every woman. It is an easy to listen and remember all the details and tools. I highly recommended it!
