Powerful, uplifting, consciousness expanding.

As I expand my consciousness this book adds to my understanding. As I continue to chip away and let go of my programming the knowledge in this book is yet another tool or guide if you will in my mind.

Simple instructions, concise, fantastic!

I will certainly be incorporating these things into my daily life. At the end of the book, there is a summary that I listened to repeatedly to remember the steps. This is an interesting read that is light enough to be read quickly yet deep enough to reference often. Based upon this book, I will certainly read a few more Frederick Dodson books.

Healed my 17 years of chronic knee pain.

Hey Fred this book healed my 17 years of chronic knee pain. My right knee. And right IT/band quad over-tension.

Just on chapter 5. Was doing the some of the exercises. Including visualizing the good knee and transferring that into the bad knee. Amongst some other methods

And bam my knee pain disappeared while sitting in the park.

I also took a microdose of mushrooms 0.2g. Not sure if that also impacted my “imagination”.

I was jumping around doing jump squads and jump squats and lateral lunges. Things that used to cause me pain.

I have some other issues. Going to do the exercises with them. Including an itchy asshole, tinnitus that has returned after not having it for awhile, and myopic eye sight with astigmitism.

Best book of 2022!

Fred's brilliant mind alongside Thomas's empowering voice is always a great combo. This is my favorite one so far! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and love with the world, both of you.

This rings true

As an energy healer, I agree with the points in this book. We have so much power ourselves and most of us don’t realize it. Fred’s writing style points things out so simply and clearly, it’s refreshing! I love all his books. They’re a great confirmation that there are other like-minded people out there and I’m not the only one skeptical of what mainstream media and medicine are telling us.

Another great book by Frederic Dodson

Excellent book. Straight forward, to the point and very logical. He has a knack for making the “woo woo” seem obvious and practical.

It works

I used the technique for my daughter 10 years old, she came to me in the middle of night crying from pain in her right ear, I asked her to lay down, I put my hand on top of her ear, and asked the most high to pass the light to the pain. We both slept, and in the morning I asked her about her pain, and she said it went away and she is OK.
