will bring anger, and tears, to a patriot. Reader is good, although limited to a few voices, so some characters sound too similar.

Unfortunately abridged...

This is one of my favorite Clancy books and I was so looking forward to hearing it again. Unfortunately, this is an abridged version which is noticeable in more than one instance. This drops my rating from 5 to 3.

Great BOOK, stupid Movie…..

The author would laugh and maybe cry at the STUPID movie adaptation…..book is awesome movie is WOKE

Revenge without Remorse

One of Clancy's first. It's an exciting cop thriller with love, revenge and mystery contained in a suspenseful context. The hero falls i love with a drug addict and seeks revenge for her killer. I can't imagine that kind of life, which is why it 's exciting.

Terrible abridgment; definitely get unabridged

Is there anything you would change about this book?

I bought the abridged version by mistake and the narrator is horrible. And due to the sloppy abridgment I was often lost and didn't really care about anything going on. My fault for not checking but I seriously wonder who benefits from these abridged recordings.

What do you think your next listen will be?

any other Jack Ryan book that hasn't been abridged and performed badly.

Heart pumping & exciting

This book must have been one of Tom Clancy's early works, it had a good plot. The only disappointing issue was the voice of the narrator, it was lame and mono-tone.

Without Remorse is just that

I recommend this book its without Remorse sat but gritty exciting while compassionate very very good book

Great story

My only complaint would be the need for two voices a man and woman like Baldacci does. Otherwise great!

Clancy needs to publish these stories unabridged, I've read most of his books and the audio losses some of the sense of the story.
