Much Needed !

This book is very timely as teen depression and anxiety are at an all-time high. The author approaches this topic with compassion and empathy as he guides teens to ways to alleviate these issues.

I appreciate the science backed methods and coping skills provided. I think this book is appropriate for all teens so that have the needed if they ever face these issues, or have a friend who does.

Best book on anxiety

I have been through so many books on anxiety and depression and experienced the pain myself, this book narrates it in such a beautiful way, I can't tell. I wish I had this book few years back, all the problems and solutions are explained in simple ways, so nicely done, really appreciate the author for writing this amazing book..it's just wonderful.

Must Read For All Teens - Great Book

This is one of the best books I've read about battling depression and anxiety for teens or adults for that matter. There's so much to learn in this book—from understanding what depression and anxiety is to overcoming them. I especially love how the author can relate to what teens are going through, and I believe it makes it a more relatable book for teens because of the author's background. This is an amazing read for any teen, whether or not they’re going through something like depression. Personally impressed, I plan to purchase additional copies as thoughtful gifts. Highly recommend this amazing book to any teen audience.
