Cute Kid's Stories, A Dog,Teddy Bear, and Owl

Winston's World: Trilogy
By: Sam Jerris
Narrated by: Lee Ann Howlett
This is an audible book I requested and the review is voluntary.
This has two cute kid's short stories. It has a little dog, an owl and a magical teddy bear. Kids will enjoy it. I felt it needed more to it but it was for small kids.
The narration was wonderful! Clear and pretty, cheerful voice.

Delightful

A delightful set of children’s stories. I did not care for the background music. It was annoying. The narrator did a good job.

This audiobook was provided by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review.

Nice little story with some confusing gender angles

Maybe I’m just paranoid, but having a character in a children’s book which refuses to identify as a boy or a girl on the basis that it doesn’t matter is more likely to have an ideological underpinning in 2018 than it did when I was growing up in the 80’s. Other than that this was a nice little audiobook trilogy of short children’s stories.

The narrator did a great job and the production quality was professional with some music adding pleasant ambiance to this story.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Sit your young children down and press play

This story, Winstons World, follows Winston the dog and his friends as they go through three very short adventures. Part of the narrative feel is delivered by a piano accompaniment that seems to tell the story along side narrator Lee Ann Howlett. I felt I was back in my elementary school days watching Mister Rogers Neighborhood. These are great stories for the young child age group.

I was given this book for free at my request and I've freely left this honest and unbiased review.

Short and Simple

This is a short and simple series of stories about a dog and a magical teddy bear. Lee Ann Howlett does a fine job narrating. The stories would be great for children or people just looking for a short, fanciful listen. On a personal note, I found the music throughout gave the stories a bit of a creepy quality, but that may just be me.

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
