Good Information on Wicca

This is a basic book on what wicca is and what it isn't. It was good and informative and explains what holidays are celebrated including how they are celebrated. For example handfasting as a way of joining with a partner without marriage. Wiccans use the spelling magick instead of magic. I have a few friends that practice wicca and it fascinates me to learn how they believe. I like the way this book lets you know to check before picking up rocks, feathers, etc. as well as safety during candle burning. Even though this is a beginner's book, it's a good overview.

The narration by Laura Harris was very well done. She spoke very clearly and had a nice pleasant tone.

There is just brilliant with her practical, grounded, and friendly thoughts about Wicca. Essential for any beginner. We assign this book to all of our Wicca students. Definitely recommend this book for anybody curious about wicca or beginning Wiccans. Well listen and straight forward to read. Highly recommended for all beginning Wiccans.

Learn About Wicca

This is a great guide for those wanting to learn about or follow the Wiccan way. This book goes over tools, the elements, the sabbats, how to live as a Wiccan and several other things. I enjoyed learning about Wicca and what it means to be Wiccan. This is my second book about Wicca for beginners. As I stated before, I am not Wiccan but I do enjoy learning of other disciplines. I also like to see/hear what others call "for beginners". This book truly is for the person just starting out on the Wiccan path. The narration is nicely done. Laura Harris has a pleasant voice and reads at a nice pace.

Fast listen full of information

This was a quick, fast, easy listen. Also very clear and easy to understand. I have always wanted to know more about Wiccaand this book has definitely wetted my appetite.


The narration was good, and I would listen to Laura read another book.

I found this a very amazing book that helped me to realize my thinking and feelings I've had for as long as I can remember. The book have me insight into beliefs that I have held for so long and didn't really understand. The path to my spirituality is clearer now than it has ever been! Thank you my friend for recommending this and the author for writing it
