All white people understand cultural differences from a platform of relative privilege, affecting their personal and professional interactions. An important read for Americans
A few of the chapters are a bit technical and dry, using socialogical terms most will not be familiar with. I believe it should be required reading for all American high schoolers who identify with being white. A valuable lens that needs to be shared.

The attitudes and positions put forward in this piece of garbage are responsible for the decay of liberal values
The idea that only white people and white men in particular should shoulder the responsibility for sins of the past as all other demographics are to one degree or another victims is abhorrent. To make this claim is to adopt a position of white supremacy. It steals the agency from minorities and implies that they are somehow incapable of bearing any responsibility. If you remove their responsibility you rob them of power in their own lives..
This entire deluded diatribe alternates between wallowing in collective guilt and decrying virtue in self flagellation..
