intriguing though somewhat predictable

the reader was, in general, excellent. I only gave her 4 stars because of the sketchy American accent. And the southern drawl sounded like a combination of Texas, Louisiana, and West Virginia. But I did enjoy the book.

TWISTED GAMES PEOPLE PLAY

I can't believe the twist nor will I spoil it. She told a careful tale that held your interest. Where is this going? Why did she choose this title? It all comes full circle and makes perfect sense in the end. I enjoyed feeling like I wanted to get to the punch line. Each time I though OKAY she is about to give the great reveal, but story continued. I'm not saying it dragged because I was happy it wasn't nearing the end. I enjoyed the on edge feeling and wanting to know the outcome. Very well written and narrated.

Great Twists and turns!

I really enjoyed this story as it unwound itself. The narrator did a fabulous job of different voices also. I like the way the author built the story out of natural circumstance, into a bigger, thicker plot. Well done.

Completely “Mid” As My Kids Say

Solid 3. Not the worst, not the best. Just “Mid.” Probably wouldn’t recommend it because tomorrow, I will probably have forgotten the name.

Loved this Audiobook, couldn’t stop listening. Narrator was excellent. Highly recommend this gem of a book.

SO GOOD! but might be difficult for some.

I really enjoyed this book. It kept me interested and guessing the whole time. The writing is smart and the narration is perfect. Just wanted to put it out there that it may be upsetting for some readers/ listeners due to a sexual abuse sub-theme.

Kept me listening

I was happy with this and her last book. Both kept me listening attentively until the end.

Too graphic for my preference

I liked the storyline, but didn’t need the rape and sex scenes over and over again.
