This was an amazing story and loved every word. You will not be disappointed with this series.

I enjoyed the suspense as Zack sluthed the source of the murders in town.

Great book!!

As a fellow BAFERD this book had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Great job Mike. I hope there is another book soon.

Thriller and Mystery

I absolutely loved this audio book. It was the best medical mystery book I’ve listened to and it kept me on edge. It was so well written that I couldn’t figure out who the murderer was. What a great ending and I can’t wait for your next book.

Fast-paced, moving, compelling

Warm and Dead is a detective novel in a medical setting with an ER physician as the protagonist. The characters are deliciously flawed. There are levels of deception and discovery that makes the book compelling reading to the very end. The romantic interests are well-done. As a physician, I found this book without the usual medical errors of fiction writers, not surprising as Mike Krentz has had careers as an ER physician and military physician before devoting his full effort to writing. As a father, I was choked up and brought almost to tears at the moving scenes involving family trauma.

Story line

Interesting subject plausible I enjoyed listening to this book and listen to it start to finish. I just like having to be so wordy.

The best read I’ve had in a long time!

I really felt like I was in the middle of all the drama! The story took me to a place of unexpected.

I will be reading/listening to more of his novels!

Great series.

Great character development. Pulls at all the emotions. Some of it was predictable, but still encountered many surprises. Enjoyed until the last word.

Great narration.

Story line was good and narrators voice was pleasant to listen to. Was easy to keep up with story even if there was many characters.

Fascinating.

Written as if I was there with them the whole story and I was thrilled. The story was written well that I cannot wait till the end. I didn’t even want to miss a bit that I have to rewind it.
