Great book
This is a great book for beginners. It gives you a roadmap to start with and get you moving each and every day. I would recommend this book whether you’re a beginner or someone that’s been walking and exercising all the time.

Very helpful
Great tips. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook as I walked on the beach, and it’s true, walking on the sand is harder. This audio motivated me to keep going.Also It is quite detailed and offers nutrition tips which I needed. I recommend.
