This is a masterpiece!

This is not only a great story, it is a wonderful production. Loved the background music, it just set the tone for the chapters. The world building is great, characters are well written and interesting. Roman's journey is well done. And it is well narrated. I recommend this book to anyone who loves sci-fi. Looking for your next book Mr. Casbarro!!

An absolutely immersive experience!

I read the book prior to listening to the audiobook. I can't say enough good things about the story itself, and the author certainly leaves us yearning for the next book. The audiobook is phenomenally done, and packs another layer onto the gritty sci-fi story. The narrator was fantastic, and his voice was perfect for this type of dark sci-fi narrative. It was a high-level production, including bits a music and tones at the ideal time to instill feeling into the story, and keep your interest high. An absolutely immersive experience.

A well crafted intricate story

I started reading the book and could not put it down so I acquired the audible version to listen to while driving.
Vitalerium is a well crafted intricate story with memorable characters and a great world building. The author, Nicholas Casbarro was able to bring many different aspects of this story together with great detail.
The audible version added a more descriptive world and it was a truly immersive experience.

Good Start

Good start to the series. I'll definitely give the follow-up a listen. I want to know more about the aliens...

Thrilling Action Packed Sci-Fi Adventure

Vitalerium will transport you into a world different but similar to ours. The first installment of this series sets the stage for an intense and thrilling series that will blow your mind. The writing is excellent, and it will make you feel like you are right there with the characters. This book is action packed from the first chapter to the last, and does an excellent job with character development. It writes almost like a movie, where you can picture each character in your head so well due to the superb writing. The book is filled with excellent twists and turns and keeps you on the edge of your seat wanting more. The only downside is having to wait for the second installment. Couldn’t recommend this book more.

Outstanding!

This was very enjoyable listen. The narration was excellent and the production quality was superb.
At first, I was unsure about the background music/atmosphere noise during the story but it really added to the immersion.
The world building and the story itself was fantastic. Dark and violent, sprikled with bits of hope and growth from the protagonist. I am really looking forward to more!

Excellent character development and plot

Roman Matthew’s is a well thought out character who suffers/finds love/goes through a crazy transformation/and is challenged mentally and physically throughout the story. Very VERY cool setting. The beginning chapter sets the story so it is in our future. I love everything about this sci-fi thriller. Wait until the character Nails, a favorite of mine, wild guy. 10/10 need to read if your into sci-fi. I’m a big Star wars fan and now I’m a big Vitalerium fan!

Wildly Captivating

Wildly Captivating and Exciting. Really really really enjoyed the beginning of this series and can’t wait to continue the sage. What a wonderful new author to the scene. Where’s the next one!

A New Sci-fi Classic!

Finally an original sci-fi that’s actually interesting and captivating! What a read/listen! Haven’t been able to find a great sci-fi book for a while but fell in love with this one. Nick has built a fascinating world and a story that keeps you on the edge of your seat. So excited for book two and the continuation of this instant sci-fi classic!!

Cartoonish and trite

The title of this review says it all. This was very hard to listen to. Geared towards the 14 year old set I bought this book by mistake. I couldnt get through it.
