About this listen

The final instalment in the bestselling Glacian Trilogy from TikTok darling Stacey McEwan sees the conclusion to Dawsyn Sabar's epic romantasy quest to free her people... great for fans of Sarah J. Maas, Danielle L. Jensen and Raven Kennedy.

With a contingent of hundreds, Dawsyn must lead her people home, but she has no way of knowing what will lie ahead, or what might follow behind…

"All things find a way back home."

At the bottom of the Chasm, Dawsyn and her followers traipse through the darkness to find their long-awaited home. But there are whispers all around them and safety is never guaranteed. With her powers much depleted, and food supplies running low, will they even survive the journey?

Above, the Queen and the new King of Glacia still bay for Dawsyn's blood, and they will not stop in their quest to destroy her. And with the help of someone Dawsyn thought her friend, they creep ever closer.

Long-buried secrets will be revealed, hearts will be broken and a new day will dawn. Who will reign in this climactic conclusion to the epic Glacian Trilogy?

I love this epic tale!

I love that the characters were so well written that you feel as though you know them by the end. The honor and sacrifice wasn't pretty, but still managed to seem worth it! you won't be disappointed read this trilogy.

Such a good ending!

Overall it’s a good story and the narration was well done. The ending was really good. Emotional, plot twist, happy but not unrealistic.

The reason I didn’t give five stars is somewhat personal preference but some general critique.

Personally I prefer 1st person writing, but I could have overlooked that (especially with the style of writing which I enjoyed). My biggest issue was that I never felt like I really could know or come to love Ryon or even Dawsyn to some extent. Ryon felt like a side character most of the series , while many of the side characters were much more relatable or real. Additionally I had a hard time picturing most of the characters through all three books. There just wasn’t enough description or references to their appearances throughout the series.

But it’s still a very good series and I would recommend it. Looking forward to the authors next book/series!

I am devastated to come to the last words of the trilogy

This was a beautiful story. Unique & unpredictable. It was very challenging to accept it was over. I loved the pacing of the series. Sometimes i think if you removed the spice fin most romantasy there isn’t much left, this is certainly not the case here. I look forward to more work from this author.
