The artificial voice sounds pretty good
This is a well written book, very informative and gives a solid stance on the importance of the vagus nerve functions, siting studies, and several different ways to stimulate the nerve, from breathing techniques to implant devices.

Excellently communicated information
Exciting explanation of the vagus nerve effects and what we can personally and medically do to improve anxiety, pain inflammation and so many other conditions.
It gives real hope for improving plus the techniques for breathing have helped our anxiety immediately.
We are very optimistic about following the suggestions presented and continuing to improve.
