I previewed this audio book before deciding to by it as a Christmas gift for my brother. He loves outdoor activities and has always dreamed of having his dog as a companion for his adventures. Great Information!
We live on 19 acres and my 6 month old puppy and I LOVE to be outside. This book is a goldmine of information that I can integrate into our outdoor adventures! One of my biggest concerns is his recall, but this great guide provided me some invaluable tips on how to improve that with him. I'm so thankful I found this book and I'd highly recommend it to anyone with a dog!

Finally! Advice that actually helped!
Thank you so much to the author of this book! After adopting a high energy pup a few months ago, I was at a loss. I couldn't even leave the room without him finding something to get into! After reading this book I finally feel like I am effectively communicating with my dog and not just saying commands at him and hoping for the best. This was also a quick, easy read.

Spot on tips!
Having a 9 months old dog, I thought this listen was perfect to change and improve my approach to training him. I enjoyed the first chapters which provided information about canine behavior and communication, which is very important to understand when you jump into the training component. I will continue to implement these strategies with my pup, but so far so good!

Awesome topics
I never thought about making an emergency command for my dog. This book is very good for those people that need help with dogs, specifically if you have never had one. I love dogs and this book made me think of the safety of my dog when outside, and the body language between us. Now I think I understand more about my dog movements and whenever he barks at me when I take some cookies of the jar.
