Charles Fillmore and Myrtle Fillmore left the Unity movement with a legacy of a “living” Spirit, vibration, energy, and consciousness that was imbued into their words and works. Mr. Fillmore, in 1923 shared that Unity is based upon 1st century “Christ”-ianity ~ a Spirit-led and Spirit-quickened teaching. In Christ-ianity the “living” Spirit was alive and “lived” not only through the “Way-Shower” of the time, but in all of his Spirit-quickened followers. This was true until religious dogma and doctrine intervened to essentially remove Spirit from the equation, which they then called religion.
The words, thoughts, concepts, and ideas contained in these writings of the Fillmore’s are key to understanding foundational Unity teachings and the heart of the Spiritual Principles underpinning those teachings; especially, as shared through the Unity Correspondence Course. This treatise is a clear, potent, and wonder-filled explanation of the 4th dimension and humankind’s relationship to higher dimensional awareness through Christ-I AM-Consciousness. Mr. Fillmore’s visionary capacity is fully captured in these lessons. And even though the science is somewhat outdated, what Mr. Fillmore envisioned through the union of science and spirituality, is perfection. His ideas explaining what mystical and spiritually occurs as we enter fourth dimension and higher, is in alignment with all that is being shared today. The mystical message contained within this writing is perhaps more relevant today, than it was when he shared it one hundred years ago. The 4th Dimension must be read with an open heart and mind and a willingness to by-pass the old science in order to see the vision of the future [today] that is being exposed.
