Not sure why there are so many breaks and pauses in the narration. But the worst is the gagging/coughing noises that didn’t get edited out. None of this happened in the first 4 books.

Poor editing

I was enjoying the story line overall in the series so far. Notably, however, the last couple of books in this series have had poor publishing with unedited random belching in the narration. This book in particular had SO much of the random belching and it was so blatant and disgusting that I couldn’t stomach it any longer and could not continue the read. What a waste of money on the whole series and incredibly terrible publishing!!! This is very disrespectful, also, to Jenetta Penner’s work. I hope she realizes what effect it is having on her listeners.
