Great content!
I bought this book on both Kindle and Amazon and used the whisper sync function to read along and completely enjoyed it! The author did a great job breaking down different methods for achieving high performance and even summarized each section with action items. I have to admit I was a little reluctant to use a credit because the cover didn't appeal to me. however, this is the perfect example of not judging a book by its cover. I absolutely enjoyed this book and playing our reading it again.

Just Wow!
I have been tangled up in my brain for years, trying to figure out how to focus long enough to learn something, finish something or just keep completion dates that I have promised to my boss. The thing is, this sort of thing cannot be figured out by someone who can't focus long enough to figure anything out... becoming again tangled up in the tendrils of my thinking. The frustration made my head explode. What a relief to just have some simple actionable steps to take and have everything within myself calm down. I am successfully accomplishing embarrassingly over due things... What a relief! Again.. WHAT A RELIEF!

I came across this audiobook “Ultimate Focus: The Art of Mastering Concentration Unlock the Superpower of the Ultra Successful (In 3 Phases)“, which is great because learning more about staying focused on doing tasks was something that I wanted. With this audiobook I am able to discover ways on how to become a better at managing priorities. The lesson on pleasure fasting is one that stood out to me. Great value on the subject matter. Actionable steps at the end of every chapter!!!
In my private practice of mentoring this book gave me the tools to give my clients what they need to simplify their own lives. I've been a counselor for 34 years. I wish I had this book 10 years ago. My life would be completely different. This book is all life changing information and filled with practical advise. At the end of every chapter there is a section that gives the reader the exact actionable steps they must take making this book very practical, interesting and wonderful. Give this book a chance. You'll thank me later.

So Insightful
Ultimate focus: The art of mastering concentration is probably so insightful, well written , clearly explained and very detailed. This is one of the books I have ever come across and after listening to this audiobook, I have enjoyed listening to it over and over again. The author of this very book did a nice job by breaking down different methods for achieving high performance and even summarized each section with action items.
This book is one in a million because it has practical & helpful ideas that we can implement immediately. The PDF in this audiobook is a wonderful and additional tool for people who like to consume their books in audio format. , I found this book so helpful and insightful

Short but powerful! I love it! Lots of recommendations and guidance on how to master concentration. I just ordered the printed copy/book so I can have it handy anytime I wanna go back to those simple and doable practices...and flag the particular pages where I can just pick-up a quick dose of motivation at any given time.
