About this listen

SECOND EDITION—REVISED AND UPDATED

The reality of UFO incursions at American nuclear weapons facilities has been convincingly established. Hundreds of U.S. military veterans now openly discuss these ominous incidents and thousands of declassified government documents substantiate their revelations.

Over the past four decades, renowned researcher Robert Hastings has interviewed more than 150 of those veterans regarding their involvement in these astounding cases. On September 27, 2010, CNN live-streamed his UFOs and Nukes press conference in Washington D.C. during which former U.S. Air Force officers described numerous nuclear missiles mysteriously malfunctioning moments after a disc-shaped craft was observed hovering near their underground launch silos. That shocking episode, in March 1967, was merely the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

Documented UFO activity occurred at a plutonium processing plant in Washington State as early as January 1945, months prior to the atomic bombings in Japan. Another incident, in October 2010, involved one missile base in Wyoming being unable to communicate with several of its missile launch control capsules just as a huge cigar-shaped craft slowly flew over them. Significantly, documents smuggled out of Russia in the 1990s confirm that Soviet nukes were also the focus of UFO interest during the Cold War era. On one occasion, in October 1982, a number of missiles temporarily activated for launch, as terrified officers attempted to disrupt the unauthorized count-down. After 15 seconds, the anomaly terminated and the equipment returned to standby status. While this was taking place, an enormous disc silently hovered over the base. In short, the evidence presented in UFOs & Nukes makes clear that humans’ deadliest weapons have been, since their development and use during World War II, under intense scrutiny by still-unidentified observers possessing tremendously advanced technology. Given these disclosures, it seems evident that the UFO-Nukes Connection is highly significant and perhaps even the key reason these mysterious aerial craft have appeared in our skies over the past seven decades.

This audiobook is expertly narrated by Michael Hacker.

The information is very interesting and compelling. Book was well written but was all but ruined by the choice of narrator. In parts he over-dramatized the information and, worse yet, in some sections he spoke as though he was reading a scandalous romance novel. Truly hope the author chooses better for his next book if he writes one. I almost bailed out a handful of times but the information itself kept me on task.

Narrator (almost) ruined it.

This is my favorite book on the subject. This is a phenomenal, fun book on the UAP/UFO topic. This is a great compilation of many stories related to the connection between UAP and nuclear connected areas worldwide. This is a great resource as a stand alone or if you are interested in researching each incident individually. Vert worth while read.

Phenomenal, well documented book!

This is hands down one of the best books I have encountered on the subject. I thoroughly enjoyed it all the way through and I highly recommend it to anybody interested in learning more about this mystery. The book helps take away the need for people to believe in the subject and more for them to simply engage with and acknowledge the evidence and accept the genuine mystery of the phenomenon for what it is.

Top notch book on the subject

Great book full of great data, it is a bit overwhelming the amount of info presented, but a thoroughly researched book that raises a lot of very legitimate questions and concerns. The big downside for me was the narration - it was hard to listen to at certain points. The narrator was so overly expressive at times it was a bit cringe.

Great book. Great info. Rough narration.

Loved it Will recommend to anyone who also enjoys the topic of UFOS or UAP

Dense and rigorous

Main thing that annoyed me was the reader's constant spelling out then saying all acronyms. This is especially annoying when it's an acronym heavy repetitive section. Not sure why not just say the acronym vs spelling it over and over and over again.

Great book, not so great audio performance
