Changed storyline from book
Over one of my absolute favorite book series. Read it over 12 times which is why all the added and GLARING contradictions bothered me.
SPOILER....
Gabriel did not get bit Alejandro did. adhere was no talking from Jessica and Marcus did not die. I mean soooo much more...
I purchased all the books on audio and now I'm dreading listening to them because of the changes. Will the next one be just as bad. Sigh.... If you have never read the books enjoy fabulous Characters. If you have BEWARE

If you have ever listened to (or read) any of the books in this series, you will notice that this narrator is 1,000 times better than the narrator of the original audio version of this book! Also, (SPOILER ALERT!!) this version is actually a re-write!! This version is amazing and captivating, but those of us who are Hadena James fans know that it couldn’t be anything less! She is a very talented author that has some very engaging series! She has a series for everyone, they are that diverse! If you haven’t listened to (or read) any of her series then you are definitely missing out!! Listening is knowing...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love, love, love
When I first downloaded this audible book I wasn’t so sure about it.
Now I have listened to all three books available on audible many times and find more to love all the time. I have also read all the books in the series and am eagerly awaiting mor e - they are all gripping and keep your interest from the beginning to end.
I also have to compliment the narrator. She is wonderful and I have bought several more of the books she narrates.

Good audio performance but this does not match the book
I’ve read the physical book and this one has a lot of added chapters from the point of view of the killer that are Not in the novel at all. And a major plot point was switched around near the end of the book. Not thrilled with the changes that were added. And the Kindle book has not been updated to reflect these changes so very unsure of why all these changes were made to the audiobook.
