33 minutes to a positive day

this is a great quick audible book to get your day going in the right direction at any time of the day.. morning with coffee, driving around during the day, at dinner time when no one can agree on a subject to talk about.. It's simple to play in the background while u do you.
Not all saying will you agree with; but that's OK. some you will learn to try & some will remind you what you have forgotten lately.
my kids even comment about Different quotes & the relevance to themselves as kids. some they don't understand and ask what they mean and others they laugh because they sound silly.

I 100% recommend when you need a boost of motivation but don't have long to focus. 33 (ish) minutes is all you need.

Hard to listen to

The narration was very mechanical. won't be listening to this again. was this done by a computer generated voice?
