About this listen
Book one of the DNA Trilogy - Too Many Frogs in the Pond
The year 2039: A virus ravages the Earth.
The year 2040: The caldera of Yellowstone National Park erupts and throws the world into six months of twilight.
The year 2059: Across the world the homicide rate increases exponentially. In every city and town across the planet there is chaos. The letters DNA are found carved into every victim's forehead.
In Sydney, Australia, a detective seeking revenge for the murder of his wife and daughter by a DNA killer stumbles upon a massive disruption in the DNA sequence of all the killers.
In London, his scientist brother-in-law tries to solve the riddle, but in the USA an evangelical general from the world's governing body has a bloody solution of his own.
By the time the detective tracks down the killer of his family, the whole planet has become entangled in a tapestry of action, mystery, and intrigue. The world’s governing body is unequal to the task and, in an attempt to solve the problem, brings the world to the edge of destruction.
Please note: This is book one in the DNA Trilogy. All of the novels in this series begin with a short section of screenplay-format writing because they are to be imagined as movie/novels. There are also a few other chapters written in this format in each book, but the vast majority is written in standard novel format.
So, when you listen to the prologue, please bear this in mind.
