Publisher's summary

The Kincaid family doesn’t have much, but they pride themselves on having each other. Always close, Emory Kincaid’s children have a friendship in addition to their siblingship—especially his twins, Rowan and Jameson. However, the summer that Ro and Jamie turn eighteen creates a rift in their relationship that impacts the entire family.

As time passes, the distance between Jameson and his family intensifies. Physically, the young man is right there in front of them… but his troubled thoughts keep him distant. Jamie yearns for the ability to travel backwards through time. He yearns to once again be that boy he was before turning eighteen.

But what if there’s a way to venture back through the hours?

What if there’s a way to revisit the past?

What's for dinner?

It's 5 o'clock and I think, "What's for dinner? Well, what would Milo do?" This is something I think about several times each week as I stand in front of my pantry, doors wide open. "What would Milo do?" (WWMD?)

Don't get me wrong: Rowan and Jamie are great. But I love Milo.

And I love this book.

When the future meets the past …

Rowan … Jameson … Milo … siblings. Emory Kincaid, patriarch and gifted artist … his craft at times “mystical” … otherworldly. Their lives … their stories … “Time Jumps” … an engrossing, beautifully written story of life, loss, coming to terms, acceptance, healing and triumph. The characters rich, deep, beautifully drawn and developed, They face challenges, real world challenges, some very serious and sensitive in nature, ALL emotionally and beautifully conveyed in a discrete and non-sensationalized manner that adds SO MUCH to to ambiance and feel of this beautiful story! Kudos to both the author and narrator for THIS! No spoilers. Once you listen to this magnificently magical story you will know EXACTLY what I mean. you will feel IT in EVERY fiber of your being! When this beautiful story finishes playing out … once the last pieces have dropped into place … and you realize HOW EVERYTHING FITS! You will cry as you sit awestruck! I know I did! I was gobsmacked! Completely in awe by the magic of this listen! Perfection in writing! Perfection in character development! Perfection in plot development! Perfection in narration! Every piece of a magnificent puzzle is there, ALL placed to perfection! It made me cry, It made me “awe”, it made me angry on behalf of characters I’d come to care so much for, THEN it made me rejoice! When the last lines were spoken, I was crying happy tears, completely satisfied with everything about ”Time Jumps”! I completely loved this five star listen! This one is writing and narration ALL done to perfection!

Love the Kincaids

The Kincaid family is so warm, loving, and funny. I couldn’t pick a favorite character, because they are all so vividly written. Even the side characters come alive and walk right off the page. Even Sailor! This was such a “cozy” read and I really loved settling in every evening and listening to the stellar narration. I hope Hannah Rae brings us back to this family in the future.
