REALLY GOOD POST DIASPERA SCI FI. LOVING IT

STORY IS WELL WRITTEN AND EASY TO FOLLOW.
POST DIASPERA SCI FI SUSPENCE, DRAMA, THRILLER. HAS SNARK, GOOD HUMUR, SUSPENCE AND INTRIGUE THROUGHOUT. LOTS OF LAUGHS.

ACCEPTABLE FOR TEENS AND OLDER LISTENERS.
STORY DOES HAVE SOME SENSUAL INUENDO.

NARRARTOR IS GREAT AND EASY TO FOLLOW.

Getting 2 books for the price of 1 keeps the adventure going. Ginger Booth's descriptive language of the worlds she builds transfers to a wonderful listening experience. If you need visuals, they are available at: https://books.gingerbooth.com/Audio_ST1 but the narrator even describes these diagrams as well.
The characters backstories are integrated into the story and do not take away from the main plot. The story is told from third-person narration.

Wonderfully entertaining space saga

And nice to have two whole volumes to binge on. Be warned - you could get hooked on this series! I'd read these in Kindle earlier but the audio version is a fresh experience. Good characters, original universe, and fine narration.

I enjoyed this

My first thought about it was that it was like “Firefire” but then it took its own course with the characters development. Overall a good story.

Excellent Science Fiction

This was my first experience with Ginger Booth's work, and I enjoyed it a lot. I was so absorbed by the story, that I finished both books within two days. The world building was complicated and intricate. The characters were complex and fun. The story was fast-paced and had plenty of action. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. I recommend this one to others who enjoy this genre. Veronica's Giguere's narration was great and kept my interest. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

Space Colonization!

This is the first time that I have had the pleasure of listening to a story written by Ginger Booth. She has a phenomenal world-building talent. She quickly and easily drew me into the story with her lifelike characters and made me feel like I was actually a part of the action and adventure. This story is an absolutely entertaining, engaging and thought-provoking experience. Veronica Giguere's performance was captivating. I was provided a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and am voluntarily leaving this unbiased review.

Space settlers and a complex history

Received as an audio review copy from Story Origin, this is an honest review. Narrated nicely by Veronica Giguere, this publishers pack contains the first two books of the Thrive Space Colony Adventure series. Both books are very colorful stories with deeply complex individuals whose pasts are something else- both uplifting and inspiring but also harrowing that you pause, wondering why those in power have to cause so much pain. Captain Sass is brilliant being a strong and vulnerable doing the best for her crew. The various settlers we get to know make Mahina the place of a complex past you want to see but avoid due to its history. There's a lot to unpack in this bundle and yeah it's long but it's still memorable. Highly recommend.

You’ll enjoy the Thrive series if your a Firefly fan!

Ginger Booth delivers with the 1st two books in the Thrive series. Having them combined into one package is a really good deal. The adventures of Sass, her crew, and their interactions made these a enjoyable read. Veronica Giguere gives the characters extra depth by capturing their personalities in her voices that she gives them. Ms. Booth’s books weave an interesting space saga that keeps you wanting to know what comes next. As an owner of the digital print versions, I was pleased to find the audio versions exceeded my expectations. Enjoy!

Already know I’m going to love this series

Clever narrator, excellent story, likable crew in a thoughtfully crafted world. It’s a lot like the Verse but better, also there are 9 books in this series, 7 in another series. Little over 2/3rd into book one, bought the 2nd pack (books 3 and 4) over the weekend.

More audiobooks please. : )

Doubleheader of adventure

Combining the imaginative world building of Ms. Booth and the vivid narration of Ms. Giguere, this two pack brings the beginning adventures of Sass Collier to vibrant life.

Sass just wants to improve the lives of the people of Mahina but her previous attempt ended in disaster and a twenty year banishment. Now she is free with her only asset a dilapidated skyship. As she struggles to just eke out a living, she gathers together a motley mix of crew members and clients. Ultimately she is drawn back into the battle between the haves and have-nots and must confront not just an indifferent autocracy but her own inner torments.

For those that have not already been captivated by this remarkable series, this is an excellent opportunity to become acquainted.
