One of my favorites!

I have read this book multiple times. It's a great love story with plenty of lusty scenes. M/M/M and M/M/F/M. in depth characters. Fast paced. Great narrators.

Enjoyed

I enjoyed this book from chapter 1. Kept my interest throughout with only a few slow moments. Not just anyone can write well MMM scenes that a straight female can handle and want to listen to but these were very well written. Hell, I want my own three MC guys, haha
Great narration. First time reading anything by this author but would definitely read more.

Loved the MM and all the feels! So happy ❤️

Orignal ebook review:

I never want this world to be over, I eat up each of these books so quickly, I am already dying for their audiobook as well (and paperback to go with them hahaha).

We get to see what happened to the Sons of Odin and their complicated love life with a certain Governor's daughter (I wasnt sure if I would like her after her parts in the other series but I shouldnt have worried because this author does a great job making us love her characters). This standalone has a fabulous story arc that is just as compelling as Mari and her men's series. Lots of steam, action/fighting with new baddies and some headstrong characters that eventually bring down their walls with each other haha. I love M/M so this was a fabulous bonus ❤️🔥🥵

So I thought I knew who my fav would be after getting to know them in the SDMC series but the author did a fantastic job redeeming some and making them soooo close/evenly matched. I love the push and pull, how they have similarities but they also have some things missing that the others fill in. They really fought for this love after some really horrible, gutwrenching moments. I am sooooo happy they got their story told, I really enjoyed them in the SDMC series!!!

6/14/23 Audiobook Review:

Tory Duran is an amazing narrator, he brought the 3 Odins to life and made me feel like I was right back in the SDMC world (some place I wouldn’t want to leave ever!). I enjoy Stephanie’s performances in other audiobooks and I thought it was a good touch to change up the female narrator for this standalone. Kyrie is definitely not the same as Mari so it makes total sense. I felt so much in this one, especially with Grudge’s life story, how Kyrie was treated by her dad, her kidnapper, and every male because the SDMC and the SOO came along. I loved how she stood up for the people and then was rewarded with a seat at the table after others kept denying her. The reason reactions and performances by the narrators were perfect and spot on. Easily 5/5 stars from me ❤️ AND THE ENDING MAKE ME TEAR UP WITH HAPPINESS!!!

A solid listen

This a dual narration, and the FMC’s voice actor doesn’t do a good job portraying the male characters voice, but overall a solid listen

If I never hear “little lady” again it will still be too soon.

If you can get beyond the female narrator’s melodramatic voice and the number of times “little lady” is repeated then this is definitely worth the credit. I’m actually a fan of Crystal Ash and the dystopian world she created - and she handles mmmf in a sexy AF way - so it’s worth it!

Grudge is my favorite! Because of course he is lol this story was fast paced, spicy, and adorable 🖤 very low stakes, but I had a great time! I'd been wanting the Sons ans Kyrie's story and I loved it as much as I thought I would. I'd love to see more of them! I hope to see them in future books 🖤
