Just love it !!!

This was a perfect book for me... it had a great story about betrayal for both the male and female characters., The good amount of groveling done by the male character for his part in the betrayal. It is a must read

Kept me Captivated

I usually dislike doormat FMC but the author made Emilia a very likeable character. I could feel her pain. the MMC was an A hole but he redeemed himself throughout the book. I love that she finally grew a spine and loved that he fell harder. I listened to the audio book straight with barely any pause. I liked the two narrators although I prefer Duets narration.

Great story with great performances

This book has it all! Heartbreak and an hea. Loved the voices actors and thought they did a wonderful job

nice story

I really wanted to enjoy the book with the audio. I think the audio lacked the story’s overall plot and did not do justice for the characters . Emilia is suppose to be very witty, funny with the comebacks and even if the book describes her as “plain” it just.. was not there. Same for Damian but of course he’s a bit more serious toward her in the beginning and develops feelings but again… maybe it’s because I’m not a huge fan of Women reading Mens lines and vice versa which is why it felt flat. Overall it’s a nice story to read.
