Brilliant and clears up some questions I had
This is a fantastic production. The best of the 3 audio books I have purchased so far. It clears up many questions I had and shows how versatile this practise can be. It has life changing insight into the WHM.
Do the right thing and add it to your library, especially if you question its validity and effects. And if you are a sceptic, why not try the practise for yourself?

happiness strength and health.

Waste of time
Could be summarised into 20 minutes. Most of the book just stroking Wim’s ego. Great guy but really wanted to hear more about the actual method.
