it was ok but I was expecting an amazing book. instead it was very ho hum

Difinitive edition for me

I already own the previus editions of this book. What made me buy this one is that its read by the author himself. Even if the book turned out completly the same as the last version it would be still worth having just to hear Mark narrating his personal experience and thoughts. Luckily there is new content added as well so win win.

Life changing potential

I have now been listening to this great book twice in a row and have bought a printed version as well.
This is thoroughly a book that inspire to change and is packed up with exercises that change your life profoundly.
I am now going to implementing and already are using box breathing and meditation with great success.

Solid Info...

I applaud him for reading his own book...but I would suggest him changing it up with another narrator...and come in on certain parts. I thought the info was very practical and some good strategies n concepts. Bottom line...when a SEAL talks I will listen... I will also checkout his SEALFIT...and would love to go to one of his training camps....

A great book

A wonderful book that I found to be developmental and maturative for a young man coming of age such as myself. I found great relation with the author and I further highly recommend this book.

Good Training!

This is a very good book and has many valuable words of wisdom and advice. With this book, you can learn how to translate the military mind set to business or just everyday living. Definitely worth the listen and read and most certainly should be applied.

Great book. Simple and effective ideas.

I don’t usually write reviews but this book needs recognition. The audiobook is good because Mark reads it himself, I also have the paperback so I can get it into my head better.

The exercises are easy enough for anyone to do but effective and progressive in design. He also has some documents for download related to the book material including a journal.

I’ve read a ton of personal development books that I felt were a waste of time. This one has the power to change your mindset quickly and permanently. Still working with the practices and excited to see even more results.

I always feel like there is only one book you will ever need, most people say “the Bible” so now I say two books. The WOS should be one of those books. Thanks, Mark!
