Narrator was excellent as was the story!

First listen to this author and I was not disappointed. I love the flow of the story and I could picture the setting perfectly!

A whole lot of okay

I can’t believe that this was a Reese Witherspoon book club pick. Her picks are usually good. I couldn’t wait for this one to end

Good Story...way too Long

60 Chapters that could have been 30. Loved the Storyline. Appreciated the threads of friendship woven through out.

Easy Listen

Loved all the twists and turns, great story and good performance by the reader made for a really enjoyable Reese Audio pick !

Great start but got too complicated

I was pulled in but too many moving parts, I ended up just wanting to finish. Good ending.

not for me

too whiny, not realistic: I do not like the narrated attempt at reflection trying to show personal growth through divorce and murder vacation.

Great narrator

Very good story line with a plot that’s no too simple or predictable. Great character descriptions and good emotions throughout.

Did not love or hate this book! It reminded me of a lifetime movie you can leave on in the background. Entertaining but not earth shattering

Not suspenseful

Unfortunately, I did not like the narrator on this book. Her voice was too monotone for me and so the “exciting” parts were not. The story was good, but didn’t keep me on the edge of my seat. I think maybe two romancey for me. and the characters lacked depth.

This book was just okay. I’m glad it’s over. Wouldn’t recommend this one. Reese’s Book
club picks have been disappointing.
