Meredith is a music-loving child with a tuneful but super loud singing voice. After years of disrupting her neighbors and her classmates with her boisterous musical bellows, a teacher discovers that Meredith has an unusual musical gift. He encourages her to embrace her gift, and she goes on to a successful career as a conductor.
This is the partially true story of the unusual, tuneful Maestra Meredith. Dedicated to Judith, my longtime friend and a real maestra! Great, encouraging story for ages four to nine years old.
