This was a great book.
The creator unloads a significant number of the reasons why we eat the manner in which we do so as to move beyond them and stop helpless dietary patterns, for example, stress eating and solace eating. That is are truly astounding

Helped me a lot!
At first I was skeptical of using hypnosis for diet and weight loss. But to my surprise, I felt a calmness afterward and experienced a lack of desire for food as a way to comfort my anxieties. I am very curious if this feeling will continue and if the weight will stay off. I feel like this book is leading me in the right direction. Thank you.
