Three months have passed since Rosprom unleashed its offensive against Olympias. The Angels won, but at what cost? Many Angels have died, and both Nephilim and Metatron have suffered life-threatening injuries. But something good has also come out of the attack: Metatron has been appointed to the Board of Olympias, taking him an important step closer to achieving his goals. In its capital, Bangkok, she meets the Tigress, the legendary leader of the Wasps, TogbuaXiang’s elite cyborg troops. The Tigress offers her an alliance, but for that, Nephilim must do her a favor—a favor that could easily cost Nephilim her life. Meanwhile, Metatron dives deep into Olympias’ political intrigues. Thrilling and Intriguing
The story continues in the thrilling aftermath of book four. Things have changed but the stakes have not. Neph has a new mission overseas and things are far from slowing down at home. As pieces are moved around the board, the web of intrigue only gets more complicated in book five.

A Cyberpunk Story at its Peak
I have been listening to the entire Behind Blue Eyes series on audible, penned by Anna Mocikat. It has been wonderful watching this story and its characters unfold with ever greater refinement as the author hones her skills. Now, with deeper intrigues, worldbuilding, and character development than ever before, I found myself cursing in my car as the book came to an end. Can't wait for the next installment.

MYSTERYS UNRAVELED
another fantastic entry from the legendary anna mocikat. information is dripped at steady pace. fast enough to keep interested, but not so much as just to be an exposition dump. we get to see Metatron and nephilem's relationship continue to blossom as the city's shadow gets darker. stay tuned for the next thrilling entry to the BBE series
