About this listen

This book's main characters are a boy named Edgar and a girl named Delilah. They have woken up in a strange place, and neither of them knows who they are, or where they are. Most of their memory is gone, and because of that, they are unsure what to do and how to act. As they try to figure out who they are, they are told by a note card that if they complete a number of tasks, they will have all of the answers they desire.

Test hmm... I was treated for sure

This story started off really cute and touching. I was quickly transported to a world of isolation with Delilah. Her curious expression of herself and her surroundings made ne feel I was watching her every move. When she moves on in her adventure and meets Edgar I was brought into what was sure to be a green love story. Hmm, I was wrong there. This story quickly changed from safe green romance to severe trauma and suspense. I really could not predict where this story would end. The story sucked me in and left me at the end wanting to know the answer to the question. Why?

The author did a great job of setting the characters up in this story. I was never really lost for understanding what was happening and how it affected the characters. I now have a bond with these characters and am sad I have to leave them without knowing why they went through what they did. I am due another story is coming to explain. I look forward to reading more from this young author. I did a search on his name and found he has more books to read. I wonder if they have the same adventure as this book did.

Overall, could have been more story to tell this go around but it was a satisfying adventure nonetheless. I look forward to discovering more from this author.

Intriguing

This makes you think and question and wonder about life. Enjoyed the book and really enjoyed the voice actor's energetic reading.
