Yawn!

Perhaps it is because I did not read the prior books in the series first, but I could not connect with the characters -- they were quite one-dimensional. As for the narrator, his narration style was about to put me to sleep ... especially the pregnant pauses. "Yes" ......Peggy said.....I would like a cup of coffee." Oh please!

Half way through I was hoping it was over! If you are looking for something to engage you, don't pick this booK
