this is my first audiobook / book from Anne. very well written. she did a good job maintaining the characters.

Another great story !

All thefamiliar characters involved in "interlocked" mysteries...No spoiler here,just enjoy a good mystery.

Good read as always. Anne Hillerman continues in her father’s genre. Great continuation of the interesting life of a Navajo policeman.

Continue to enjoy Ms Hillerman breathing life into our 3 main characters as their private and public lives unfold.

First of all I want to mention the author Anne Hillerman. When I saw this book I had though to myself that t I had read every Hillerman book out there, Saw that his daughter is now carrying on the Leaphorn and Chee stories. Read the reviews that she was doing an outstanding job. I agree whole heartedly. She is a gifted writer with her own style.

This is a very good who done and why. Every aspect was believable, the story line could have been people in any culture but I am very partial to the Navajo so I thoroughly enjoyed this story laced within the Navajo Nation and culture .

I found myself a new favorite and look forward to reading more of her work

Ms. Hillerman is a master storyteller, a 'tale teller' in her own right. She has her father's gift with her own flavor. It is always a joy to read a new novel by her, or in this case listen to a masterful narration.
