Stella Caldway lives life boldly. She worked hard to become the youngest real estate broker in the oceanside city of Baywood, Oregon. What made her different was that she was no stranger to time travel.

Viscount Theodore Beckworth wasn’t a stranger to danger. His whole life, from his birth in the slums of London, had sent him down that path. When he looked back on his rise to aristocracy, there were events he wasn’t proud of. Somehow, he’d managed to become an invaluable spy for the Crown.
He also had a secret only a guarded few knew—time travel wasn’t a fantastical literary notion. When his last mission put him face to face with a stubborn and bold auburn-haired woman from the future, his life changed forever.
He’d given up everything he’d worked for, including Waverly Manor, for the love of a woman. It wouldn’t be easy. There weren’t many opportunities in the twenty-first century for a nineteenth-century man.
Then, on a holiday whim, he gifts Stella with a surprise. A return trip to Waverly Manor to celebrate the new year with the friends they’d left behind.
When their arrival coincides with a new threat to England amid its war with Napoleon, a mission of vital importance delays their planned hunting party.
Stella knows how important the mission is to Beckworth, even if he’s no longer in the game. She wouldn’t stop him from his deep desire to protect his country. But if he thought he’d leave without her, well, that just wasn’t in the cards, no matter how much he hates the idea.
It wasn’t a dangerous mission. A simple search for a smuggler with plans to bring French ships to Irish ports. But their simple seek-and-find mission turns into something more perilous and tests the fragile bonds of their budding romance.
