Newfound Empathy

I realized recently that I was an empath. My life is a testimony to a sensitive child who never fits in, but who gets sick from people's negative energies. I'd had a number of nervous breakdowns in my life until someone let me know that I might be an empath and so I found this book and started listening to the advice therein. The stories and information in this book sound like someone have been writing down the thoughts in my head and I really feel like I'm starting to understand myself now. I am very grateful and look forward to joining this very special community of empaths.

Excellent empath resource or sensitive folk!

What a great resource for empaths and everyone else! This book reminds us that being empathic doesn't have to be a curse, it can be a gift and we just need to learn how to live in the world and to remember how to base our energy and create healthy borders! Also highly recommended for parents with highly sensitive children!

Helped me to understand gift!

A wonderful book that really changed the way I view my experience with emotions. Previously, they've always felt overwhelming and uncontrollable, but what Suzanne and Ian layout in this book is a way to understand why and how this is happening so I can harness my gift, instead of being afraid of it!

Informative and transformative!

Great resource guide when driving. Can be used as mini-therapy or meditation sessions to develop healthy habits and to improve self-competence. Throughout the book, points were repeated, but that doesn't detract from the content as I've had to listen to it 3 times already to absorb all the information! All together, I'm better off for having had listened to this book. Reading this book remind me that I'm not alone! I have been and will keep on recommending this wonderful book!

Very useful

This is the comprehensive guide to feel comfortable in your own skin if you're a sensitive person. Finally, after using some of the protection and energy release methods in this book, I see and embrace my sensitivities as a gift! Thank you. Thank you, Suzanne for helping me to find peace!!
