An intriguing and positive read

I had to listen to this book in one sitting. It was so good that I could not bare to miss a second of it. I will definitely listen to her second book as soon as it comes out.

Turbulent and captivating

I love Channon. I know she had a rough life but I didn’t know it was this rough.

I love that after every lesson life has thrown at her, she tells us what she learned from that situation. I think it’s very helpful for the rest of us to know that not only is she human, but our experiences are valid and that anyone can grow out of a bad situation.

My daughter is going through a rough time and making some of the same issues Channon has gone through. I plan on showing her this book.

Relatable and thrilling

I loved listening to channon recall her early life stories and adding what she learned from it. I too have felt like a failure after many of life’s obstacles but through listening to this I was given hope and acceptance.

WOW!! CAN'T WAIT FOR BOOK 2.....

Channon does a great job narrating! If u ever watch her storietimes on YT U know this. U will not be bored with this book. It's not for the faint of heart! She speaks her truth, and owns all her mistakes, and everything she did growing up, and hides nothing! And follows it up with a lesson in life for today. I follow her on YT, and one would never know what this remarkable, strong, caring, loving young mother, wife, author and entrepreneur went thru in her childhood. It's amazing how she turned her life around. I hope Channon's Book 2 is released soon!

So well written

By chapter 1 I was drawn in! The clear descriptions in Channon’s story telling, along with the story lines themselves were so drawing for any listener. It truly is a story of growing up, with some hard lessons. I immediately bought her second book after because I needed to know what was next.

Some onions and good for my personal experiences

there were some things said that were very touching and inspiring. Makes me believe positivity is possible when you can’t see any yet.
